What to Expect
- Duration: 30-45 minutes of focused, 1:1 time

- Format: Video call via Zoom (link sent after booking)

- Recording: Calls are not recorded to maintain privacy and candid discussion
Scheduling Rules
- Limit: One (1) call per member per 7-day period
- Cancellation: Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule
- No-shows: Missing a scheduled call without notice counts as your weekly slot
- Availability: Slots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis
Abuse of the scheduling system may result in temporary or permanent loss of 1:1 call privileges
Tip: Book early in the week for maximum flexibility and availability
